I over heard two passengers discussing a certain man I also happen to know. “How much is he worth to God, his family and friends? What is his self- worth?” I asked. For when all is said and done, that is the true measure of our worth.
One exciting fact about being a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ is realising how much we are worth in the sight of God.
“… You are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life” (Isaiah 43:4, NIV)
“…he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8b)
“Jerusalem [insert your name], I can never forget you! I have written your name on the palms of my hands (Isaiah 49:16, GNB)
AS A CHILD OF GOD, YOU ARE WORTH ALL OF GOD’S ATTENTION, Affection, RICHES AND GRACE IN CHRIST JESUS. That is much.
