There has been a fire incident in the Tipper Garage in one of Africa’s largest estate, Gwarinpa Estate in Abuja. Details are still sketchy, but six persons are said to have died, though some said they were only aware of one in the morning hours…..
A tweet by one Abuja Facts says the fire started at about 2.00 a.m., while other tweets said the Federal Service arrived four hours after.
Other sources called for an investigation into the fire incidents in markets in the area
The fire was said to have from an electrical fault in one of the shops, but traders however said they await a report from the appropriate authorities. As at late afternoon, traders were still busy trying to rescue what they could.
