How this order will affect goings-on at Nigeria’s Supreme  Court remains to be seen as both Atiku and presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) have separately headed there in their final push to wrest power from the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate and sitting President.

The court gave the University two days to turn over all the Tinubu records Atiku and certify them under oath, because he had satisfied the purpose for seeking the records.

Judge Jeffrey Gilbert added that the process can be conducted during the weekend, if necessary.
